My name is Jessie Wardarski and I'm a current Multimedia journalist with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

I'm a 2015 graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University where I earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass communications along with certificate in international studies. I was previously a staff photographer at the Tulsa World, a photo intern at the Arizona Republic, a multimedia intern at the Cedar Rapids Gazette and a News21 Fellow.

I've been awarded Arizona College Photographer of the Year. I'm a 6th place Hearst finalist in feature writing, an SPJ and Inland Press photography award winner. And a member of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette staff who were awarded a Pulitzer Prize for breaking news coverage of the massacre at the Tree of Life synagogue.

My life goals include traveling to all 50 states. Working in countries across the globe. Running at least 10 marathons. And finally, to start a video/documentary company.

Thanks for visiting!
